Katrina Pappas brought us up-todate on the Chandler Center for the Arts. Katrina has been with CCA for 25 years, the last 16 as General Manager. She was
introduced by Cory Whyte.

The CCA is a unique collaboration between the City of Chandler and the Chandler Unified School District and supported by the Chandler Cultural Foundation. It has a major theater seating capacity of 1,500 and can be divided into three separate theaters. It attracts more than 300,000 visitors per year. Ticket sales increased this year for the first time in five years.

The Center also has a satellite organization located in downtown Chandler: the Vision Gallery. The Center hosts many school events primarily during the week and has cultural and entertainment events on the weekends. It has hosted such celebrities as Jay Leno, Michael Bolton, Bill Cosby and Joan Rivers. And the Nutcracker Suite, produced by Ballet Etude, is a favorite every holiday season.
